Donna Wilson
Designer: Donna Wilson

Solid. A dependable character of the highest sort.

Not precluding liveliness, colour, or a new take on tradition.

This loveseat is named after Bertha Wilson, Canada’s first female Supreme Court Justice, a steadfast lawyer’s lawyer of modest origins. She did her job, and she did it well. She also blazed a trail.

This loveseat trades the pattern of the Bertha Chair, with rich colours set against a white frame. The precise solid plank construction is as steadfast as the boat-building and “flour barrel chair” traditions that inspired it, as well as the personality it was named after.
